What is Pengi Live?

Pengi is an online communication tool, in which visitors can communicate with a customer service, sales or technical support agent through a small floating window that is easily installed on any website. It has live chat, video and voice call. In addition, agents have tools such as screen sharing, interactive whiteboard and co-browsing, among others.

Tool interface modes

This interface allows you to manage campaigns, configure channels, provide scripts for your agents conversations, customize the floating window with the look of your brand, make contact forms, and obtain the code you need to implement the tool on your website.
This interface allows your agents to respond to clients by chat, call, or video call. Agents can also hold calls or transfer them to other agents, view conversation scripts, and take notes. In video calls, agents can share screens, videos, and presentations, along with other features.
In this floating window, clients identify themselves and select chat, voice, or video call modes. The system then pairs them with the first available agent to attend to them.
